BM555 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BM555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BM555 platform, which is accessible at bm555.click and any related mobile-optimised versions of the site. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and BM555 ("we," "us," "our," "BM555").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on BM555, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BM555 platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use a BM555 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BM555 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing BM555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal for you personally.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to a cooling-off period on BM555 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of BM555 or any related entity.

BM555 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above will be immediately suspended, and any balances held may be forfeited pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold one BM555 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.

• Your BM555 account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BM555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact BM555 support immediately.
• BM555 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time we consider necessary. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g. PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence).

4Deposits and Payments

BM555 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank internet banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit amount at BM555 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though higher-value deposits may require additional verification. Most deposits via GCash and Maya reflect in your BM555 wallet instantly.

BM555 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside BM555's control and are the member's responsibility to verify.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at BM555 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your name. BM555 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to a third party.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within one hour during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM PHT).
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically settle within one to two business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• BM555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on BM555 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, or game format.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted and no funds will have been deducted.
• BM555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there has been a manifest error in the odds — including pricing errors caused by technical failures or data feed issues.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within the settlement window specified for that sport (typically 24–48 hours), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• BM555 will not accept bets from members who are in possession of inside information that provides an unfair advantage over standard public information.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Bets exceeding maximum payout limits will be settled at the maximum payout, regardless of the calculated payout based on the odds.
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the aca is settled on the remaining selections at the adjusted combined odds.

BM555's decision on the settlement of any bet is final once the result has been confirmed. Requests to reverse settled bets will only be considered where there has been a confirmed error in settlement.

7Bonuses and Promotions

BM555 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All promotions are governed by the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real funds by completing the stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal can be made.
• BM555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable consumer protection regulations.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or using any other method to circumvent bonus terms — will result in voiding of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BM555 and constitute a breach of these Terms. BM555 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and confiscate balances where prohibited conduct is identified.

• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets specifically to exploit pricing discrepancies between BM555 and other platforms in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event on which bets are placed.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any software, script, or automated system to place bets, access promotions, or interact with BM555 outside of normal manual use.
• Money laundering: Using BM555 to deposit, withdraw, or otherwise move funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or evading detection by authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for deposits that were legitimately made and used on BM555.
• Sharing account credentials: Allowing another person to access or use your BM555 account for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information: Registering with inaccurate personal details or submitting fraudulent identity documents.

Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. Balances held in suspended accounts will be subject to forfeiture pending the outcome of an internal investigation. BM555 may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

BM555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino members. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem — and we take that seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all BM555 members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play, reminding you how long you have been active on BM555.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from BM555 for a set period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to access it.

10Privacy and Data

The BM555 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of BM555. Use of these marks without written authorisation is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, BM555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions to BM555 services.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the BM555 platform.

BM555's total liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

13Account Suspension and Termination

BM555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that may cause legal or reputational harm to BM555.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• Legal or regulatory requirements that make it necessary to close the account.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to the member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and a standard compliance review. BM555 aims to process such returns within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.

14Amendments to These Terms

BM555 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BM555 will notify members via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of BM555 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BM555 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

BM555 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gambling regulations. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is legal in their specific location and that they comply with all applicable local laws.

For disputes relating to specific bet settlements, please contact BM555 support within 30 days of the event settlement date. BM555 will review the dispute and provide a written response within 5 business days. All decisions regarding bet settlement made by BM555 after review are final.
